Much to my parent’s dismay, before joining TTT, I frequently struggled with English as a subject. I am an extraordinary and talented speaker, and had a flair for writing, but I could never seem to translate it well onto paper. However, that changed upon joining TTT. I began learning the skills required to score for English, especially the different methods and approaches in which my school did not make apparent to me, which helped me understand how simple and easy it is to answer specific questions. Within just 3 months, I was able to go from a B4 to an A1.
TTT stands out from other centres as I found it to be the only centre which gave their students comprehensive and thorough lessons on the relevant and apt English skills, and provided the drills to boot. The lessons taught here finally made me understand that answering and scoring in English is not some innate ability that only certain people have, but instead is a set of skills that can be practised just like maths or science, which really allowed me to be more motivated to improve my English.
Mr Russell is an outstanding teacher, and the best I have had in my entire life of being a student. He is abundantly hardworking and constantly tries his best to pump out the best materials for his students. He is strategic and analytical, and he knows our weaknesses and exactly how to help us tackle it. Most importantly, he is extremely encouraging and portrays faith and confidence in his students, pushing them to their limits and bringing the best out of them as a direct result. Not to mention, he is entertaining and makes lessons interesting from his stories, experiences and banter.
I would recommend TTT as I am certain that you will never find centres as high of a quality as TTT. No other centres’ teachers would put in as much effort, go to great lengths to help their students succeed. The lessons are comprehensive in every aspect of the subject and you will have no regrets joining. Guaranteed!
