Before joining TTT I didn’t know that there were ways to study English effectively and my comprehension foundations weren’t strong. However, after joining TTT, I’ve gotten a better foundation for the English Language and I’ve learnt many techniques that made studying English easier. I’ve undoubtedly enjoyed my time here at TTT as Mr Russell is encouraging and he makes his lessons engaging by creating ingenious ways for us to memorise concepts.
I looked forward to every lesson and all the intensive drills have enabled me to work on my weaker areas. At TTT, the teachers provide sufficient ways to tackle the different components of the English Language Paper and they do targeted drills and practice to ensure that we master the skills. There were also additional intensive drills before the O Level English Paper and it allowed students to work specifically on their weaker areas so that they have ample practice to work on those areas. Mr Russell also provides notes with ample step by step explanation and examples for us to learn with ease. With his notes and precise explanation, I’ve got a better English foundation and it made tackling English papers easier.
I would like to thank Mr Russell for his hard work and determination in guiding and pushing the 2020 O Level batch. I could not have secured my B3 for my O Levels if not for him. He often remained behind at the centre just so that we could finish the intensive drills, and the consultation sessions that he provided certainly helped my friends and I to clear our doubts and also to refine our answering techniques. Lessons at TTT were tremendously beneficial and I look forward to resuming my lessons at the centre for A level GP!
