I would like to thank Mr Russell for being a hardworking and passionate teacher who tried very hard for us, even though it was a stressful period as we joined late and he had a lot of students. I am also very happy that I managed to improve from a C6 (MYE) to a B3 (O Level) in just three months!
TTT has completely changed my opinion of English. I used to have the mindset that English is a subject that does not require much practising. However, joining TTT in 2020 has completely changed my approach towards the English Language. Mr Russell uses a myriad of methods to engage his students, be it the use of videos and much more. Mr Russell’s passion for teaching and desire to inculcate important life lessons in the future generations never cease to amaze me. There were many instances whereby Mr Russell made me feel like he was not just an ordinary tuition teacher but an exceptional and top-notch teacher that wants the best for his students. One instance would be during the O Level period where Mr Russell constantly offered his students consultation slots even if it meant that he had to sacrifice his personal time. Outside of the classroom, Mr Russell is a caring and loving teacher who would go the extra mile to ensure that his students are on the right track and are doing well.
