I had an extremely enjoyable time at TTT. The lessons taught were very in-depth, covering many things such as techniques that were not covered in school. Moreover, we were given detailed notes filled with elaborate examples that were carefully crafted by the teachers which allowed us to clearly visualise what the teachers were teaching. In particular, the oral notes and the practical oral lessons provided by the centre really helped me a lot for oral, a component that I struggled with. This is because the practical lessons provided an avenue for us to practise our oratorical skills under exam conditions while also helping to strengthen our content building skills.
Apart from all that, Mr Russell was also a very kind teacher who was attentive to his students’ needs and cared deeply for his students. He was extremely passionate in teaching and made the lessons enjoyable with his humorous jokes. Mr Russell was also very willing to offer extra help, be it through additional 1 to 1 consultations or through Whatsapp.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the lessons conducted by Mr Russell and the learning environment at The Thought Tailor. I believe it would have been otherwise very difficult for me to have scored an A2 for my O Levels.
