Before joining TTT, I felt very indifferent and apprehensive about English. People often mention that “There is nothing to revise for English” or “Just read more books to improve your English” and I used to agree with those sentiments. However, joining TTT has allowed me to fully understand and gain a deeper understanding towards English.
TTT is extremely outstanding because of how structured their lessons are. Each lesson is well prepared beforehand to ensure that students will always go home having learnt something new. They go through both techniques and tactics very strategically and seek to make sure that students are able to perform at the best of their abilities. If they find that you are in need of more assistance, they will request that you book them for an additional consultation (and it is free!). The support provided at TTT is unrivalled and this is perhaps why many of us really see TTT as more than a tuition centre and better than a school. TTT has even encouraged me to expand my horizons and view learning in a whole different light. While many say that learning is a chore, it definitely is not the case when you are a student at TTT!
I would like to thank Mr Russell for making his lessons enjoyable and also very detail-oriented. He has always looked out for me and taught me many skills that will aid my understanding of things. He made me learn from my mistakes and ensured that I never make them again. Mr Russell also makes lessons very enjoyable. He is also very charismatic, sharing stories about himself to make lessons as fun as possible. All the step by step strategies, practises and notes have enabled me to fully understand the requirements of each question type.
TTT has definitely changed my life. From always getting C5, C6 and even failing my CA1, TTT has helped me to come in top 3 in the cohort for English during prelims! If you want to improve your EL results, TTT is definitely the place to go!
