Before I joined TTT, I always had the fear of failing my English. I felt that the English Language Examinations were very difficult and I did not know what I should do to do better. I was consistently scoring Cs and Ds. I considered reading books, news websites and also doing assessment books but it did not seem to be beneficial.
Thankfully I joined TTT. Within two to three months of joining TTT, I noticed some visible improvements in my grades as well as in terms of my attitude towards English, and I would like to thank Mr. Russell for this. Mr. Russell is a very kind teacher who is willing to do a lot for his students. He does tuition as he truly wants to help students, and not because of the money he can earn from it. This is seen from how his classes are very affordable, and he also often provides free consultation and constantly checks on our wellbeing and also on our preparation for English. Mr. Russell used to be my form teacher in school, and even though he is now a tutor, he has provided the same care and support that he used to provide for his students in school. He is extremely approachable, and this allows me to learn in a comfortable setting. Mr Russell also teaches everything clearly and precisely, with step by step instructions, written in clear and concise notes. There are also lots of extra practises to make sure that we can fully understand his lessons and apply his teachings and strategies for all comprehension and essay types. He is definitely the best English teacher that I have ever had!
Thanks to TTT, I eventually scored a B3 for my O Levels which I was very pleased with as I had still been scoring Ds at the start of Secondary 4. Thank you TTT for the consistent guidance and support that helped me achieve my goals!
